Email Marketing Production Manager
Do you consider yourself a passionate email marketer? Join the founders of Switchback Email, Kelly and Ryan, as they bring professional email marketing services, consulting and software to small to medium-size vacation rental businesses (primarily) worldwide.
Switchback Email is in need of a passionate specialist knowledgeable about nurturing leads, driving sales, promoting brand awareness and increasing customer loyalty and engagement. We are a small and growing team looking for someone interested in working in the vacation rental industry, crafting fully custom, personalized emails and sending them to segmented audiences at the best possible time.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Experience in email marketing (hospitality or B2C preferred)
- Experience in email code and design across desktop and mobile devices
- A strong skill set in Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
- A good understanding of Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Great organizational and resource management skills
- Result-driven with excellent attention to detail
- Strong copywriting and editorial skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Campaign Monitor experience is a plus!
A day in the life as a Switchback Email Production Manager:
- Manage and communicate with multiple client accounts
- Create comprehensive email marketing campaigns
- Provide and implement email marketing strategies
- Build clean email lists with useful data
- Apply tactics to clean email lists regularly to maintain an engaged audience
- Design and code professional email templates
- Design and set logic for automated emails and drip campaigns
- Identify correct audiences and segment lists appropriately
- Create compelling copy that’s always error-free
- Test emails across different devices and inboxes
- Perform A/B tests to guide future decisions
- Monitor performance of email campaigns and make adjustments moving forward
- Create strategic works flows for lead generation and lead nurturing
- Help with various marketing and sales content for Switchback Email
